What is Adestinn?
Adestinn is a Vacation Savings Account. You set money aside on your own schedule, and we help it go further — you start with $250 in travel credits, and every 5th deposit is free (we cover it). When you're ready, you book your trip with the money you've saved. We've done this for 17 years, with an A+ BBB rating.
How does the saving work?
You pick an amount and how often you'd like to save (weekly, every two weeks, or monthly). It comes from your linked bank account. Make 4 deposits on your VSA schedule and the 5th is on us.
What are the $250 travel credits?
A welcome credit toward your travel, added when you join. You'll see it in your balance, and it goes to work when you book — credits are applied first, so your saved cash stretches further.
What can I book?
Hotels and resorts, worldwide — the same rooms you'd find on the big travel sites, at our Best Available Rate. You book them right here in the app using your saved funds and travel credits.
What can't I book (yet)?
Right now Adestinn is for hotels and resorts. Flights, rental cars, and cruises aren't part of the app today. And a trip has to be fully funded by your saved money before you can book it — that's how we make sure your vacation is paid for.
Can I get my money back out?
Yes — your saved cash is yours. You can request a withdrawal to your bank anytime money isn't already holding a booked trip. One thing to know: withdrawing cash adjusts your travel-credit balance by 25% of the amount you take out, and you'll always see that number before you confirm.
Does the name on the booking matter?
Yes, and it matters more than people expect. Every guest's name on the booking has to match the photo ID they show at check-in. Hotels can refuse a guest whose name doesn't match, so use full legal names exactly as they appear on the ID. If a name needs correcting, you can update the guest names on your trip and we'll review it for you.
Do I need a card on file?
Yes — a valid card stays on file at all times. Your deposits come from your bank; the card covers booking top-offs and any fees, and keeps your account in good standing.
What if I need to cancel a trip?
You can cancel a booking in the app. If the hotel charges a cancellation penalty, it follows that hotel's policy and you'll see the amount before you confirm. Everything else returns to your account as savings, ready for your next trip.
Can I close my account?
Yes, as long as you have no upcoming trips booked. Your saved cash is sent back to your bank. Free credits are a benefit of membership, so those are given up when you close — the app shows you exactly what you'd receive first.
Is my money safe?
Your payments run through Stripe, your bank details are stored encrypted, and your savings are held at a U.S. bank. Adestinn has operated for 17 years with an A+ BBB rating and a Best Available Rate Guarantee.
